Can I edit the designs myself?

For editable templates, you can customize them using Templett software. Just make sure to follow the instructions provided in the product description to access and edit your template successfully.

What happens if I lose my downloaded files?
If you lose a non-editable file or need to access them again, you can log into your account on our website and re-download them from the “My Downloads” section.

Can I try out templates before buying them?

Yes, absolutely! Many templates offer demos, which is really cool. It’s like a trial run for your design! Here’s how it works:

How to Try a Template:

If a template has a demo, you’ll find a link in the product description. Just click on it or copy-paste it into your browser. This takes you to the Templett design area, where you can play around with the template.

Keep in mind, the demo has some limits. You can’t save or print it, and there’s a watermark on it. To unlock full editing features, you’ll need to buy the template.

So go ahead, take the templates for a spin, and see if they’re what you’re looking for!

How do I access Templett?

Just minutes after placing an order, you’ll receive an email (from Templett) with an access link. This email is sent to the email address attached to your order. Clicking the access link will take you to a page where you will need to confirm your account details and set a password for your account.

Please allow up to 10 minutes to receive the access link email. Generally, the email is sent within just a few minutes though.

Can I edit my design multiple times in Templett?

Yes, you can edit your design as many times as you’d like during the editing period.

How long do I have access to edit my design in Templett?

You’ll have access to edit your design in Templett for up to 2 years from the date of purchase. After that, the editing functionality will expire.

What can I edit in Templett?

Depends on the design you have purchased.  Typically you can edit text, colors, fonts, and sometimes even graphics and photos.

Can I save my edited design in Templett and come back to it later?

Yes, you can save your progress in Templett and come back to edit your design at any time during the access period.

Do I need any special software to use Templett?

No, Templett is entirely web-based, so you don’t need to download or install any software.

All you need is a computer or laptop for the best editing experience. While some iPads are compatible, please test the demo on your specific device before purchasing, as mobile editing is not yet fully supported

Can I print my design directly from Templett?

While you can preview your design in Templett, you’ll need to download the finalized design as a PDF or other printable format before printing.

What if I need help or have questions about using Templett?

If you have any questions or need assistance with using Templett, please refer to the Templett Help Center for helpful articles and guides. Additionally, you can check out Templett’s official YouTube channel for video tutorials.

No, there is no limit to how many prints you can make from your digital downloads. You can print as many as you like!

You can print your designs at home using your own printer, at a local printing shop, or by using online printing services where you can submit your digital files for printing
